Delivery, Set Up and Collection Charges

The charge for delivery, set up and collection of the hot tub/spa is usually calculated on a mileage basis i.e. the distance travelled to and from the customer when we deliver and again when we collect. Please contact us to confirm the price to deliver to your home or premises.

Requirements for Hire

• Clean level ground (either grass, decking or a patio) to site hot tub
• Area aproximatley 3 meters squared
• Hose pipe (to fill hot tub)
• Access to an electrical connection
• A 13amp extension lead (preferably with circuit breaker)

Terms

Once you have decided on the type and duration of hot tub/spa hire and placed an order, we will send you a Hire Agreement form.

Your hire booking will only be confirmed and scheduled when we receive this form back signed and dated, together with the booking fee of £50. Unfortunately this is non refundable, but this fee will be deducted from your hire charge.

The balance of your hire charge will need to be paid 10 days prior to your booking start date. Under special circumstances other arrangements can be made, so just give us a ring and we will try and accommodate your needs.

If a hire booking comes in with less than 7 days notice before the start of the hire period, then Cash On Delivery.

If you decide to buy a hot tub/spa from us your hire charge will be deducted from the total cost.
